I'm excited to announce that I've been collaborating with wikiHow editorial staff to improve the helpfulness and trustworthiness of 15+ wikiHow dog walking and training articles. With these articles I've helped provide expert walking and training advice to wikiHow’s 150+ million monthly readers, from the basics to working with more difficult dogs or behaviors.
The interviews were a lot of fun. Basically I just spoke in depth with a couple of their authors over the phone and email on a variety of subjects and their team of transcribers turned my words into expert quotes and content. I was a little afraid of getting too cerebral at times, but fortunately I have a very interesting job, and they seemed to really enjoy talking shop! It looks like the collaboration will continue, so I'll be posting individual articles throughout the blog from time to time as well.

I learned the hard way that an Amazon Flex background check isn’t just something that happens once when you sign up. Re-checks and data refreshes can happen later, and that’s when old or incorrect records sometimes show up again. In my case, nothing in my real life had changed, but the system suddenly flagged my account. I found this explanation in the middle of trying to understand what actually triggers these reviews and why errors can lead to deactivation so fast: https://consumerattorneys.com/article/amazon-flex-background-check. It helped me realize that a lot of Amazon Flex background check problems are caused by how third-party data is pulled and matched, not by something new the driver did.
